This membrane is used instead of conventional treatment systems, and eliminates the need for coagulant, flocculent, settling tank, sand, and multimedia filters. UF membranes are utilized to remove suspended solids between 0.1-0.01 micron, colloidal particles, bacteria, and ultrahigh molecular weight compounds during the process listed below. High quality water (SDI < 3) is supplied to the nanofiltration or reverse osmosis systems that render industrial waste water into quality process water by means of this very system. The system is well organized and compact. It cleans itself automatically and continues working without any interference due to the PLC automation control panel on top.
